Designer Mapi Millet spends a lot of her time researching handicrafts from around the world, developing new techniques and processes that allow both users and producers to benefit from the essence of the handmade world. In her latest collaboration with Spanish brand Gan Rugs she incorporated her experience, knowledge and aesthetics into a new collection of products titled Detroit. The new stools’ and cushions’ fabric is made out of 100% new wool using handplaited manufacturing technique and foam filled. The cushions for the stools with a 50’s shape sit atop a stylish stained ash wood structure. They are all available in three colour combinations; blue, orange and multicolour, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your space!
