Few days ago, Plan B Awards Trends Seminar and Award ceremony 2014 was hosted by Athena Matisse, Ada Iliopoulou and Alexis Adam and held at the Cultural Center “Melina” of City of Athens, with the participation of many eponymous attendees and Oikos was among the sponsors of the night! Scientists and personalities from the world of art, life style and design also attended the event that was dealing with  Emvryonismos,  a term used to describe and present all efforts to create and anything that contributes to genesis and creation. Everything leads to the development of ideas, artefacts, movements and materials-new or stem such as milk, egg, water. The economy, technology, energy, medicine, science, innovation, fashion, design, architecture, diet and lifestyle are the issues addressed in a seminar using media, art illustrations and art installations. Among the presentations, lectures and workshops, Thursday, December 4, 2014, was a triple award ceremony. John Tseklenis, the first Greek who paved the way of Greek fashion abroad was granted with a Design Award and Nikos Stathoulias, President of the Iolas Foundation was awarded with the Art Award by Lila De Chaves, ethnologist at The Benaki Museum, president and founder of the Heritage and Museums and General Secretary of the World Federation of Friends of Museums.  As for the Fashion Award, the Delegate of the Japanese Embassy, Mr Tucker Maury, received the award for Migiamae and Miyake fashion house. A video of the designer himself followed, in which he mentioned that he is a philhellene and thanked personally Mrs. Ada Iliopoulou for her support many years and the excellent cooperation with the fashion house in Paris, Madame Matisse and Plan B and the Municipality for the award.
