When Italian meets Scandinavian design, the result cannot but be outstanding. Copehnagen Design Studio Gamfratesi combined their strong emotional pull with Scandinavian functionality and simplicity for a series of tables manufactured by Danish Gubi. TS (short for The Standard) were inspired by a historic 1930’s art deco building in Copenhagen, which has recently been turned into a new cultural and gastronomic landmark with Gamfratesi having taken up the redecoration of the whole space. The main characteristic of the TS tables is that they are a mix of soft, natural shapes, exclusive materials with strong graphic lines. Each table is made out of a metal base and a circular marble top and in three sizes and heights and can cork great both as a group and separately. The lacquered black metal frame can be combined with Bianco Carrara, Verde Cuatemala or Marrone Emperador marble tops. For those of you who want a mix of understated Nordic elegance with subtle details and  international touches, TS tables are a must-have.
