It is one of the best known and enduring pieces of Italian design. The Arco lamp by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for FLOS was inspired by a streetlight when it was first designed and launched in 1962. Included in the permanent collection at MoMA, Arc has a marble base, its arc is adjustable and its height permits you to provide overhead lighting over a sofa or a dining table. Its LED edition that launched last year is enhanced with the most advanced and high performance lighting technology and has an additional diffuser. No wonder why Arco is in continuous production for more than 50 years, despite the numerous cheap imitations!
