The 54th Salone del Mobile hosted various presentations and showcased the latest design offerings from numerous brands from Italy and around the globe. This year we saw a refreshing attitude towards newly launch products. In terms of colour palettes Milan Design Week was awash with shades of pink, from light to dark and bold green and blue. Most of the companies that we represent at Oikos had super colourful pieces in their collections, whether home or office. Arper presented a contemporary Life/Work design approach to interpret the evolution of the way we live and work today. Adaptive, light, essential products, where natural comfort is achieved thanks to soft tech: technology that is intuitive, invisible, integrated, intelligent.
Fermob collaborated with Italian studio Archirivolto with a variety of new products among which the colourful Zebra chairs.
Meanwhile, Italian Moroso, a brand that traditionally is full of multicoloured products, had a clear art orientation and projections that highlighted the company’s design approach.
Last but not least, FLOS lit the way in the international design with striking new products, among which the colourful floor lamp below.
